The Quantum Spy – David Ignatius
Just finished this novel, The Quantum Spy, by David Ignatius. I didn’t like this one as much as I did his other novel, The Director. It’s still a good read.
There’s a Chinese spy in the agency. The story is about the hunt. One American intelligence officer of Chinese heritage is at the heart of it. There’s no guessing and not much mystery. Readers know who the mole is. It’s a matter of how to catch the spy and how well the two sides play the game of misdirection.
I must admit that I’m more a reader than a writer. Guess I just need to saddle up and write, otherwise, I’ll never finish my WIP.
